Chico's — Local services in Billings

First time going there today and just step in the lady that work there didn’t say Hi at all… I have to be the one that say Hi to her and smile to her. I felt so uncomfortably so I walked around and step out when I open the door to get out she didn’t say anything or any words to me from open the door to get in and out. Rude and no customer Service. I don’t know just because I am Asian? Not recommended...
