Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Billings

I've never been so appalled by a restaurant's lack of customer service and lack of respect for their customers. This place is horrible. First and foremost, I am an Uber driver, and my first experience with this place was picking up an order. I arrived around 9 pm on a Saturday night, so I was expecting the place to be packed but I didn't expect there would be absolutely no parking whatsoever because even pickup spaces were occupied by customers inside. I waited in my car in another parking lot for about 20-25 minutes because it said the order wasn't complete yet but occasionally places will forget to mark it done so I went in. It took 15 minutes of me staring directly at the hostess (Rachel) before she finally spoke to me all while just standing there doing nothing and glaring at customers. When I got up to the counter i tried to be compassionate to her situation and she proceeded to talk to me about her personal life and then cussed up a storm about her manager. I waited another 10 minutes for the food and finally left. About a week later I was invited to go here with some friends to eat and I'd never eaten here so I said sure and I will never ever eat here again. On a Tuesday at noon, only 2 other tables in the place, 4 waitresses and 2 hostesses on staff and we still stood waiting at the door and ignored by employees walking by for 15 minutes. Once seated our waitress didn't tell us any specials and she didn't take a drink order and she had a really bad attitude through the whole experience. We waited over an hour for our food and then another 40 minutes after finishing eating to get her attention to pay. When we were leaving the hostess (Rachel again) was literally bad mouthing our table and making fun of my friends outfit. I today called about a job application after realizing they might need some help and was wanting to speak with a manager about starting pay but before I could even ask my question the hostess (Rachel...AGAIN) cut me off in the middle of my sentence to yell at me and say "We are way too busy for this right now and my manager does not have time to come talk to you so you need to go online because that is the only way to fill out an application." I immediately hung up. The service here is horrible, the staff is disrespectful, and as an Uber driver I can say I always have to ask them to reseal the bags because it is never done properly. Not to mention I have never seen this place clean ever, not even on a super slow day. 0 out 5 for me but I can't put that so I'll just say never again, nor will I ever pick up an Uber eats order...

My son and I came here today, and the waitress asked us if the patio was okay, in which i hesitated, and she said it was covered. So we went along to the patio, and she was fine. A little bit later a table next to us jumps up dodging wasps, and heads inside. I’m not one to normally care about something like that, but my son is allergic to wasps and yellow jackets, so i get up as well and head inside. Upon which we are greeted with hesitation, and I’m not sure why, but the waitress gives us another table inside. A few minutes later she comes up and tells us that they’re closing the windows outside so we can go outside now, is that okay, and I hesitate to. I ask if the wasps will be gone. My son could actually die if he gets stung; these girls apparently haven’t much experience with this and I understand that, but it’s not like me to press that I’m uncomfortable with it, but I do because it’s that serious. The girl says she understands and they’ll be gone. Long story short, we follow her back out, wasps aren’t gone and the family on the other end from us is jumping out of their seats trying to avoid all the wasps coming in. We sit there for a moment, I don’t want to be “that person”, but I don’t have a choice. We grab our stuff and go to head back in. As we go in, I see the other couple that went in due to this wasp deal is now being relocated just as we were/are, and the waitress seems awfully uncomfortable having to move us. She said the servers are having a problem with it. She leads us to a table. This was super uncomfortable, super unprofessional and super unpleasant. All I wanted to do was to leave. The poor girl apologized multiple times.

This all must come down to how the restaurant is being run. Good management would never lead a crew to giving such horrible service. The waitress did the best she could. Idk what was going on, but this was ridiculous.

A person can DIE from their throat being closed off from an allergic reaction. What is being done wrong at this place to put such pressure on these girls to be so afraid to take care of her customers the way...
