Far overdue update: 2/05/21 I completely recant all previous statements. I've shopped and purchased countless pairs of 'priced just right' quality Bke's, Rock Revivals and even a few stellar Miss Me jeans. I'm very pleased to admit that these ladies have not only made up for their beginner's mistakes, but have also delivered time and time again as the only fashion outlet of it's kind here in Billings and they'd, no doubt, be sorely missed if we ever had to go without. I do apologize for the unFashionably late update and I thank you for your job well done!

Stopped in today 2/17/18 around 3pm to do a little BKE shopping and spent about 10 minutes inside before walking back out. I'd heard awhile back that my one-stop shop for gently used Buckle jeans was running under new ownership these days. It's been over a year since I've shopped the jean isle and I can 100% guarantee that I will not be back unless changes are made. I use to purchase used BKE's for 20 to 35 bucks tops. They are now priced at $65. Do they not realize that brand new BKE's top out at $78?!!! I walked over to check the pricing of the Rock Revivals expecting to see $120ish.. and to my surprise they were also priced at $65. New Rocks from Buckle average around $160. Am I the only one finding this odd? I voiced my confusion to the female of the 2 employees. With a very unprofessional chuckle she said, "I don't do the pricing.." as she brushed me off. I'll avoid the irritation and time wasted in the future and spend my money at Buckle. An 18 dollar difference from used to knew is...

I’m actually really upset about how my visit with the store went this evening. I came in to return some leggings that I had bought for work purposes the crotch was ripped on them and not a small hole either. I went into the store to return them and when I told the cashier what was wrong with my item and told her I took the tag off and then discovered the hole she said “nope” while rolling her eyes. She was also very rude upon me entering and checking out at the store. Not only did I buy a second pair of leggings since I needed them for work, I discovered that these leggings too had a huge hole in the leg Along the seam. Tried calling the store and no one answered. Am really frustrated with this store and that cashier. Seems like anytime I’m there the staff are very rude. Do not recommend this store at all! I used to work in a consignment store, and the fact that both of these leggings had holes in them is unacceptable and like I said the holes were not small and “missed”. First of all, do not try and sell your clothes here! They will waste your time and money! Brought in an entire garbage bag of clothes including tshirts, a winter coat, two pairs of suit coats with matching pants, jeans, and several other items to sell. I gave them the clothes and they told me it would take an hour for them to look at the ones I brought in. (2 hours) later, I received a text saying my clothes were ready to be picked up. I came in expecting a little bit of cash at least, but they offered me no money for the entire bag of clothes I brought and said I could only donate them! She said the clothes were “not in the best condition” so they didn’t want to buy them. I had worn both of the suit outfits only one or two times each and they thought they were in bad condition!? So I ended up donating the clothes and walked out very frustrated. Honestly false advertisement because you probably couldn't get cash for clothes unless they’re Brand New.
