The shop is good. But I Got swindled by one of the new discontent shop boys. Was told the glass piece was going to be 40 bucks. The guy was going to take ten bucks off. Get up to the counter add a can of butane and the guy basically didn’t take what he said off. The more I got to thinking about it. The piece he gave me was not what I wanted. He didn’t even take any money off either. Just said the price . I looked at him baffled .. Quick tactic pressure sale. I paid full price. All I Went in for was a quartz nail. The simple process of trying to have a phone conversation with any of these employees is painstakingly difficult.

Asking a simple question is met with such disdain as if having to do your job wasn't what you're paid to do. A standoffish attitude, the pain of having to check a price, or even name a few products to entice a possible customer interested in a specific product that might set them out a few hundred dollars.

I was kind, courteous, and tried being understanding given the holidays just happened but I was inquiring because I'm trying to just not order products outright and purchase something locally.

This place is trash! Not only has every piece of glass I have ever bought broken...like super easy and there clean outs have failed every time I use them I even had a thermometer for the "lab created" and didn't even pass a simple dip test. I.e they sell expired stuff and there glass is cheap and over priced. When confronted its "not our issue and your 86ed ". Lol don't go here go to 406 glass at least they honor...
