I purchased a dining set from Luckies in July 0f 2022. The cost for the entire set was over $3,000 although I was quickly reminded by Robyn that the table itself was only $875. At the time of purchase I was persuaded into purchasing the optional warranty with the table as the salesman was very positive in regards to how valuable the warranty was and how it will cover anything.

Fast forward to this year when we filed a claim due to the sticker wood finish peeling from the top of our table. It is in the area where we eat and I know it is due to the plates being eaten off of in those spots. I am questioning why a $3,000.00 table set is not real wood and covered with a very thin sticker coating, but that is besides the fact. The warranty company reached out and stated that they do not cover manufactures defects and that it would have to be something that I did on accident for them to get involved. You would really think that the warranty would cover the workmanship of the product being sold, but there is another indicator as to the quality of the furniture being sold here. The warranty company does not want to cover their craftsmanship. A quick google review of the names I could find on my furniture revealed that this is shipped in from Asia and the prices were extremely low. I bet they are making 10x+ on everything they sell.

I called and spoke with a salesperson who told me she would have Robyn reach out to me. After a few days, I called back up to the store to discuss my dissatisfaction with what I was told and what I was experiencing. Robyn immediately began to throw reasons at me for why the table was likely damaged. "It is probably bubbling from a liquid spill" Sent her photos and that is not the case. "Maybe you used a strong cleaner?" And it only effected the areas where we eat? It is a cheap table that you sold for 3k, that's what happened. There is absolutely no reason the peeling that is taking place should be happening. My last table was $300 and lasted 10 years.

I ended this conversation by asking her what she was going to do to make it right. I was told that she would discuss it with her servicer and get back with me. Another week goes by and I reach out to her via text and ask if she has an update. I was told no and that she would call them on Thursday and get back with me. I ended up reaching back out again to be told that I could give her another $185 on top of the $3,000 plus the cost of the warranty that I was under the impression covered this type of issue and she would replace the table. Had I not been led to believe the warranty covered anything that happens with the table, this may not be a bad offer, but knowing that that is likely about what she ordered the table for to begin with and jacked the price up for resale and now wants to take another dig at my wallet for a product her company sells and should stand behind is beyond me.

Not once during our conversations was any compassion shown for what was happening and she was on the defense from minute 1. I plan to spread the word to as many as possible to be leery when dealing with these folks.

There is another reputable furniture store not far from this one that I have had great experiences with and will plan to use them in the future. People that deceive their customers have no business being...

Highly recommend getting your furniture here! The staff and delivery crew were extremely nice and helpful. Their prices are very competitive with other furniture stores and definitely worth every penny. When we purchase our king bedroom set, the process was easy and hassle free! Everything delivered within a week! If you do end up needing delivery services YOU NEED TO ASK FOR PHIL & CHARLES!! Those two were very respectful and professional. They assembled our bed and placed all of our furniture exactly where wanted it without any issue! They also took extra care of making sure none of our furniture or house got scraped or damaged. Susan was really helpful in assisting me with all my purchases. The best part is she will help when needed and let you browse until you need help. Also a desk I ordered was damaged, but their repairman Luke fixed it and you could not tell it was ever damaged when it was done. He is a true professional who takes pride in his work and he was not going to stop working on it until he met his own high expectations. The delivery people also need a shout out ad they were very courteous, made sure everything was placed exactly where I needed it and cleaned everything up afterwards.
