Juan’s Tacos and Beer — Restaurant in Biloxi

order to go. Not too busy just have 3 tables with only white people sitting Four black boys are waiting before I arrived in the waiting area I get there 8:35 Looking at the menu at the register till 8:48 no one comes I go to a bus boy/server and ask if there's anyone to take my order? The four black boys that were waiting leave without any food or ever getting service after asking each other whats taking so long. The bus boy/server make it half way through of my order and I ask a question if they have beef chorizo instead of pork Bus boy even with me pleading its all good and I don't need him to leave and ask the cook this question ill just not get it. He leaves anyways in a rush and doesn't come back. 7 min later im looking around and a woman appears ask if I got helped I say he's in the middle of it and left She says ok and dissappear never to come back. I wait another 3 min I see the bus boy/server serving tables I go to a different worker and he finishes my order Another 5 min and a black woman comes in and waits at the register I tell her you should go to the bar and get someone when they come out because they won't come to the front desk. She tells me thats why you were waiting? They messed up my order and I was waiting in the car for them to fix it...I tell her this place is pretty horrible service She continued to stand another 3 min with two employees coming out from the back serve one table and went back to the kitchen. Another 5 min and a group of four white women enter. As soon as they stood next to the register the bus boy/server approaches and ask if they need a table and they immediately get seated and helped. Me and this lady look at each and I get up to cancel my order and get my money back. Thats when another man who completed my order hand me my food and I leave. I didn't hear him talk to the lady who was waiting. He walked away soon as he handed me my food. I left...

A group of us had lunch there today. We usually have a different waiter, and he is amazing. On this particular day I ordered a Diet Coke, and received it and it did not taste right. It did not taste like a Diet coke, and it was flat. The waiter did not come back until our food was served, which took a long time. I had to drink it due to eating the salsa. He finally came over and I complained about it. He stated he knew the fountain drinks were messed up, and asked me did I want something else. I stated just take the Diet Coke off and bring me a water. Then upon paying my ticket he was charging me for my Diet Coke. He rudely stated you drink it, and they are here fixing the machine now. I stated there goes your tip, and he immediately added a tip to my bill. Now please remember he should of told us in advance the machine was not working properly, second he should have been a good waiter and checked back on us before we received our food. Third he should have not charged us when the Coke people were there fixing the machine, and third he didn't deserve a tip. My complaint was legit, and he dismissed it like he was in the right, he was totally wrong....

Arrived at 12:10. seated promptly and orders taken. salsa was bland, a good 2/10 rating for me. the waitress took 20 minutes to bring waters to the table. we watched monster truck races and listened to reggaeton while waiting 50 minutes total for our simple order of 14 tacos. we then had to take our food to go. we did not get to eat lunch and were late coming back to work because of the incredibly slow service. in our perception, it looked like the waitress forgot to put our order in because we saw someone else manually entering it in later after we checked in about the status of our food and asked for checks. not pleased about our entire experience at Juan's Tacos and Beer. although there was a coupon for free chips and queso in the takeout bag, we will not be coming back.

Edit: finally getting around to eating my “to-go” tacos. Only good thing was the beef was seasoned well. Salsa tasted like pencil shavings to be honest. Bad food bad service and weird atmosphere....
