After a long walk on the mall my sister told me about this furniture store that had great quality and confort pieces. We walked in and started to try them out and talking to Derrick (sales/manager) he said. After 1 hour in the store shopping for my living room we decided to make the purchase, I applied for a line of credit and got approved. The order had a 35% off because of Black Friday sale, after making the order and got my receipt over $4000.00 We walked out very happy and anxious for the delivery time for Christmas, I received a phone call from Derrick, he said that he made a āmistakeā and the order was canceled because it looks like the 35% discount was double and that he called his manager and had to canceled the order. So, after spending sometime in the store, applying for a line of credit (this is was got me very upset) and making the order. I walked without furniture, with a line of credit that I did not use and a disappointment for my family. It was very sad and helpless. They said that they were sorry.
So my question was, what can you do to fix it. They said nothing.

We could not reach him no President's Day so we did the order online. We contacted Lovesac customer support to make sure that if we placed the order it would not ship until after March 1 because we were out of town. They assured us that we would get an email from the carrier before it was shipped and they would hold it for up to 1 week from delivery date. We placed the order and sure enough [with no notice] it was dropped off on our door step. We were out of town and had to find someone to come and put it in the house at 7 PM on a Friday night. To make things worse, that same day, the sales person from the store called and said he could offer us another 25% off from the original 25% off quoted if we bought...

FedEx delivered to the wrong address. Luckily we were home and looked at the delivery notifications. By the time I found the FedEx driver, he had unloaded over half the boxes. I confirmed the name and address that was clearly identified on each box. The driver remained in the truck, stated he was happy I stopped him before unloading the remaining boxes and gestured for me to start handing him boxes. Once I loaded everything he unloaded he followed me to my house where he then again, stayed on the truck and pushed everything to the back of the truck for me to unload. It was a team effort that went without apology by the FedEx driver. Thanks FedEx for letting me do your job. The 5 āļø are for Lovesac....
