Mary-Ann was so helpful , loving and motherly in helping us pick our wedding rings! We were referred by a friend who also got his wedding ring from her. She was what we needed after we were sick and tired of over bearing and expensive jewelry stores forcing us to apply for a credit card to purchase rings we couldn't afford and did not even like. The whole experience was very personal. On the day we met her in her office she was ready and expecting us. I was not sure what i was looking for and she took her time to explain to me each style and type of diamond while also being mindful of our budget. There was absolutely no pressure at all. She presented us with all the facts, had me try on different rings and left all the deciding power completely to us. It was like buying a ring from your mom or someone who has our best interests at heart! She made me a custom yellow gold and diamond ring which I absolutely love, I cannot stop starring at it! She explained to me how to take care of my ring , how to insure it and how much it should cost to insure it to avoid getting ripped off. I live out of state right now and after finalizing the creation of my custom ring Mary Ann checked in throughout the process with pictures and phone calls.
