Read moreThis was our first visit to the Troy location. The store was clean, the prices/sales were great and the selection was abundant. The staff however, were very disconnected and a woman we assumed to be a manager was screaming on the phone with someone she stated she couldn’t hear. When she hung up with them she complained about them very loudly. This went on our entire wait in the checkout line. Employees vocally bashing the company, so clearly they hate it there too. To boot, today I go to use the glue I purchased, and IT’S DRIED OUT, basically rubber. I’m done with this horrible company and I look forward to the day their stupid cost-cutting measures cost them their business....
