Will never use click list again at any Kroger! It’s an absolute joke! Drove a half hour because the Kroger app said they had the products that I wanted. Got here the gentleman only brought out 1 thing I DID NOT ORDER! No phone call, no text, no phone call. Called the store for the manger. Got an assistant manager who said she can’t help. Got Jessica the store manager who was full of excuses! She said I didn’t respond to them notifying me that my order didn’t have anything I ordered. I said I never responded because YOU NEVER NOTIFIED ME! She asked me if there was anything she could do. When I told her that she can refund my order and give a gift card I was told the order was already cancelled and there isn’t anything else she can do. SERIOUSLY? You literally just asked what you can do! After coming out and seeing that I got ZERO notifications continued to make excuses! Here is some of the things she told me “There are krogers all over and I didn’t have to drive here” (the app said they had it in stock only at this store) The shoppers don’t know that only one item was fulfilled. Seriously? I do not and will not believe that. Told me several times that I didn’t respond to notification AFTER seeing I was never notified. Asked what she can do for me. When I told her that she can give a gift card for my inconvenience, she told me that she can’t do that and the only thing she can do was to cancel my order and it was already done. If the only thing you can do is cancel my order (complete bull) then why ask me what you can do for me? If you ask the question, then be prepared to accommodate the reasonable request. Said there isn’t anything she can do about the app. Ok, you can’t contact anyone in the IT department or anyone higher to fix these issues or figure out why the system didn’t notify as you saw? Never again Kroger. This frustration is seems goes across your entire company! Not one click list gets...
Read moreI ordered a Star Wars cake for my son’s birthday party weeks in advance, and then ordered Star Wars cupcakes about a week before the party. My ex husband went to pick everything up the day before and they handed him a “Black Panther” cake instead of “Darth Vader” and when he said something about it they said they didn’t have the supplies for the one we ordered. They didn’t call me, didn’t email me, nothing. If I knew it was going to be completely wrong, I would have canceled it. I feel like they did a bait and switch on us. You can’t even call to notify me? Also, the writing on the cake was so bad. It looked rushed and last minute, they ripped a chunk of fondant and laid it on the bottom of the sheet cake- there was no effort put into it at all. Then, they said they couldn’t do Star Wars cupcakes either and handed him “Avengers” ones instead. The party had a theme, and somehow that was irrelevant to them because they ended up doing whatever they wanted instead of doing the right thing and calling me. The day of the party someone called from Kroger and left a voicemail asking if I was picking up the cupcake order because someone else was interested in buying them. Needless to say, I was pissed. If I wasn’t running around trying to fix everything I would have gone back in there to demand a refund. I feel like people have a very difficult time doing the right thing these days, and this is certainly...
Read moreOctober 10 ,2025 I approached customer service desk with too return rotting smoked hammocks 2 pack. I'd purchased them earlier 2 day's prior took home put in my refrigerator when I'm ready too cook them I retrieve them from fridge only too see disgusting green and white spots rotting hammocks. Back too the return process I don't have the receipt 2 small hammocks 5.79 I always use my Kroger's card and paid with my credit union debit card . The customer service person a lady with glasses asked for receipt I explained I didn't have the receipt she went too repeatedly scold me about not having a receipt and she'll do it this time . I'd reply the rotting hammocks in your hand should be your concern I then said I want too return here's my debit card she finally returned my 5.79 back onto my credit union debit card. This unnecessary foolishness took place around 7ish. I'm a Kroger customer and shop this Kroger many times through the year's. Kroger customer's more importantly check the dates on your meats and foul smells such as seafood fish. Customers don't let customer service make like you did something wrong when they've sold you rotting meat. That lady had no compassion only ignorance in my opinion for a simple return of their rotting meat outdated should've never still been out for purchase. Customer's beware check dates on your meats and produce...
