Have fun donating anything to this terrible place. Their loading staff are often rude and appear annoyed when you bring anything to their drop off location. They are nit picky about when you can drop off any donations, yet do not post any times when they do or do not accept items. Parking is terrible which is an issue if you're trying to leave donations and they are unnecessarily strict about what doors you can enter. I've tried donating items to this place multiple times and I will no longer contribute anything to this place. The fact that I take the time and effort to try to donate items that I don't make a cent on and they make it this difficult is unacceptable. Possibly the best thrift store I've ever been to! - definitely in the top 10! I am a big thrift store / Goodwill shopper, and I love a good deal. I found a super cute Kate Spade purse, a cute Gucci purse, 3 pairs of comfy capris, funky gold tennis shoes, a scarf, and a great top. Also an awesome coral dress. Best of all, anything with a pink slash was 50% off that day. I got all of the above, (decided not to purchase the Gucci purse) for $25 and change.

The housewares seemed good, although I did not look throughly in this area, as we are traveling through and can't carry much. The jewelry was great too. Lots to browse, furniture, home goods, clothing, jewelry. Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely go...

I love the work they do and the cause they support. They are always worth checking out for the variety of items they get in. That said, their prices are absurd sometimes. Most of the staff is fairly personable, with a couple glaring exceptions. One person in particular, who I won't name, has always been very rude and condescending to me in the 8+ years I've been shopping with them. I applied to do some volunteer work for the store at one point, and she made it clear my help was not welcome there.
