LÜFT Rooftop Bar — Restaurant in Bismarck

My boyfriend and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary in this place, since neither he nor I had been to this place before, but the beautiful view caught our attention. When we arrived at the place we sat at a table very close to the bar, and even so no one wanted to attend us, more than half an hour passed and even then the waiter did not approach us to give us water even if it was. After more than half an hour my boyfriend and I decided to leave, since we saw that he attended to everyone except us who had a while waiting for a service. It is seen that it is a nice place but they should train their workers more about providing customer service. Horrible leadership/ownership . The staff are a bunch of egotistical jerks. "Security" are 21 year old rejected idiots that are rude and walked around with a MASK and costume on asking Random people for an id -- creepy. ( Halloween ) why would your security be walking around, dressed up with a mask on and a dumb costume on??!! STAND BY THE ENTRANCE WITH A UNIFORM! overpriced drinks , seating is horrible ( better have a strong back! This is a great bar, good views and crowd (my airline crew and I came in on a Thursday night.) the drinks were good and reasonably priced too.

However, the bartender with the pony-tail queer shammed me this evening, walked up to me and just assumed I would be adding this ladies drink to my tab.
