Soul Haven is my happy place. Every time I walk through those doors, I come out a better person - happier, healthier and stronger. The class offerings are fun and diverse. You might find yourself bouncing on a rebounder (trampoline) or punching out some stress in a cardio boxing class. They also offer more relaxing and restorative options, like hot, candlelight yoga. And, the Soul Haven crew is truly fantastic - the staff, the instructors and the yogis. For the first time in years, I look forward to working out! This yoga studio is the best of the best, and I can’t recommend it enough! Just watch out for the merch - it’s so great and so affordable… you’re gonna want it...

I have deeply enjoyed going to yoga classes at soul haven. I was warmly welcomed into a community of women who have been supportive and shared their joy in exercise. Every session begins and ends with intention, a goal, or positive affirmation. All for the purpose of engaging in movement that increases pride and amazement in what one's body can do. I’m so happy there is such a great studio available for the Bismarck/Mandan community ❤️ I did CrossFit for three years and was needing a slower pace. Yoga has definitely helped with slowing things down, but don’t be fooled! The classes they offer, will challenge you in so many ways from their bounce classes using mini trampolines, to Barre, to Lindsay’s Buti classes which will make you sweat!
