Got off of work and put a mobile order through for what I thought was the 121st location but ended up at this one. I circled the parking lot twice trying to figure out where to pull up for my order to be brought out. There are to spots in the drive though labeled “pick up 1” “pick up 2”. Mind u there is no one else there. I pull up in spot 2 and log in on the app and the guy finally brings my food out and stops at the curb and stares at me, then at a parking spot. I roll my window down and he basically yells “curbside??” I said yeah sorry I’ve never been to this location. He replies with “ this isn’t a curbside spot u have to pull up in a parking spot.” I said sorry my app put the wrong location I didn’t mean to come here. He’s just saying I need to be in a parking spot over and over again. There was not a single person there and instead of arguing u could have just gave me my food. Read moreCussing by the employees. Very rude and unprofessional. Employees standing around. Most often orders are wrong and have to be corrected. Service is worse during evening hours. Bought two chicken wraps and requested two sauces tonight, they threatened to charge me extra when I requested these, but they “gave” them to me. Eye rolling and inside was dirty, no paper towels in their bathroom and very unkept. Very sad too, was so happy when this franchise moved to the North side of Bixby, but service and atmosphere is disappointing. They should fire these employees and rehire people who want to work and be there to serve customers, not a good look for a McDonald’s. Hoping for changes, but will likely drive further to 121st location, until management makes positive changes to correct these issues-we will not return anytime soon. Wagoners..if you are going to run a store short staffed….just shut down like other businesses who care about staff during inclement weather, cause the price doesn’t reflect a discount on the mediocre service we get.

Also…Bixby fb groups dislike this spot for same reasons…and Ik the sups/owners dont live in bixby…this ain’t BA, We got another mcds at 121st same ownership but the staff is competent it will survive…this one if not changed will be OOB.
