Came in and the lady tried to rip me off i said i know what i have is worth and she told me to come back when her husband that grades the coins would be in she didn’t even grade it or really look at it but was prepared to give me a lowball price because she thought i didn’t know any better. So that right their shows she was planning on ripping me off. Then i call to make sure hes there after i had been told he would be there at a certain time. a half hour after they said he would be in and hes not. Then they tell me to call back in an hour i ended up leaving my number for them to call me because i was tired of calling and calling only to find he wasn’t in when they said he’d be. I finally get to talk to the husband who tells me i need an appointment, which was never mentioned the other 3 or 4 times i talked to someone that worked there. Pretty terrible place just out to rip people off that don’t know any better. I had heard good things about this place but this experience shows the truth....

Not pleased with my experience. I called and asked if they buy scrap gold. I was told they did. I said that I would come right over. I was told due to some construction around the building call "when you get here and we will let you in". When I arrived "less than 30 minutes later", I called. I was promptly told that they were closed due to the construction. I was on the phone not thirty minutes earlier. They should have advised me they may close. They certainly had the opportunity to call me right back. They did neither. Its just more I don't care about customers that is prevalent in this country now. Lots of gold and silver! Very friendly! Great family. But be WARNED, it's a buy low sell high with no wiggle room kinda place. I even introduced myself, explained my intentions and even did some trading and put it way in his favor to establish a relationship. We could of done a lot of business, now I don't see myself going back under these conditions. I watch the prices of gold and silver live. I checked them before and after our dealing. If I'm going to pay maximum price I personally would rather order it direct. This is by far the most expensive place for gold and silver products I have come across within an hours drive. Zero competitiveness in pricing and no willingness...
