The manager there is beyond awesome, the lady's that were there today were friendly but I totally get where people come from about Alfredo! For starters he doesn't really care to treat people the way they treat them, very anti social and does not make eye contact! Secondly, he didn't verify with the manager what I know was beyond impossible. And finally, he low balls your jewelry and doesn't no how to properly inspect! I have paperwork on ALL my jewelery and he tried telling me which I have paperwork for that my ring is silver when that was false, there were actual diamonds in it. So with that. Eing said he seen my necklace that I put on layaway price because I have yet to wear it. So you put a $1300 necklace on layaway and he only offers you $120. All I know is when I get my necklace back in am taking it back to the store to make sure that the chain and pendant itself is what they actually sold me and was not switched out because he separated the chain from the pendant! Let me start off by saying Alfredo the old man RUDE & negligent & the short Mexican lady who happens to be the manager is also very RUDE and has a sour attitude & was giving my husband stank looks .
