This retail store is running a scam with saying they will give you 75.00 off your first purchase with instant credit approval. The catch is they never "instant" approve you and say you have to wait a couple weeks for them to look into it before you are aproved therefore they will not give you the 75.00 off your purchase. Myself and others (with perfect credit) tried this with the same result. I have perfect credit and I never have to wait two weeks when opening a card - unheard of. Also what's unheard of is a retail store offering 75.00 off a purchase. Talked to store manager before hand and was assured I would get 75.00 off my purchase that day. I am sure they have it all "legal" to do and maybe give the 75.00 to one out of 50 people just to be legitI Check out person nodded her head in agreement about the scam. Wasted our time driving and waiting for it holding up the line making people wait. I will stick to all the stores where I got my instant approval and when I get their card in the mail it's going...

I knew I was to pay for my order with a credit card, but the person ahead of me paid with cash, so I asked the cashier I'd he could give me change while he had the drawer open. He said he couldn't, but that I could go to the customer service counter and they could. After I paid for my things, I waited in line at customer service just to get change for a $20. Once I reached the person at the counter, he told me they can't open the drawer unless there's a purchase, so he couldn't give me change unless I bought something. There's nothing to purchase at that counter. The cashier should have been able to give me change while he had the drawer open with the customer in front of me in the first place. I don't believe this is good customer service as I felt like they weren't helpful with meeting my need when they could have...

I had some questions pertaining to chickens and medication to help with a swollen eye and I can't remember the guys name but he was younger and had light brown hair and had a mustache, he was very kind and helpful. And at checkout though very busy due to Christmas holiday the cashier also was very kind and was able to check us out at the customer service area again I didn't pay attention to her name (bad on me 🙁) but she was older and had a lot of tattoos on her arms and not complaining bout them cause I love tattoos, to me it doesn't matter what you look like cause it's about the attitude and how you treat others in dealing with the public especially when sometimes the public treats them badly. I have to say so far y'all have a pretty good bunch of employees working for your company.
