DO NOT GO HERE ! Go anywhere else. Extremely slow service. Took a half an hour to get two sandwiches. The workers constantly stop what they’re doing to have full conversations with other ppl in line. Neither knew how to work the microwave so we had to wait for them to figure that out. They also only had one type of bread and didn’t tell us until we got up to the front. They both kept forgetting what they were doing. They also kept reaching over other ppls sandwiches to grab veggies which you guessed it eventually one of they’re sleeves/arms touched someone’s sandwich and they never addressed it. I saw the worker notice what she did and she said nothing. Probably a health code violation idk. Eventually we got our sandwiches and she waited until all the other ppls orders were done before checking me out. She blamed it on her coworker because shes 14. That is exactly what she said to me. Tbh she did look very young. Idk the laws in Traverse city but I don’t think you can work at 14. Then when she reached to give me my change I noticed she had a “Murica” tattoo on her arm which made so much sense considering the terrible service. They both also forgot how to use the register at one point. In general the place was dirty to just to add a cherry on this trash place. DO NOT GO HERE. There are other locations. Read moreOrdered a sub for p/u and after we were home 30 mins away open the sub to find it covered in pepper, outside and inside. When I called the store Katie insisted that that couldn't possibly happen because their pepper shaker is so small. But I asked her to give me a coupon to have it replaced she said she would leave a handwritten one at the store and then hung up. I called back and asked her if she wanted my information so they would know who it was for. She stated "I will leave a note for a free sub for the lady who says she had pepper dumped all over it." In which I replied, "don't you think that's a little ridiculous wouldn't you like my name instead?" So she told me that my attitude was ridiculous and to feel free to call her boss. Read moreWas told my online order which took an hour longer than it was supposed to (app said it was ready 20 minutes before I got there) was not priority because tipping customers are more important. Sorry that I tip in cash, after you perform the service 🙄 That's how it's supposed to work anyway. Why would I tip you when I don't know what service I'll be recieving (glad I didn't now) . Also you get paid an actual wage unlike true service industry professionals. Talk about greed, so sad.... will never be back. Spoke with management, they did nothing, had no real answers. Guess I'll get my subs from Marcos or Mancinos. A hundred times better anyways. They also know people will tip cash so they don't push orders back for that reason. And at least they aren't raising their prices and giving less product like Subways have been doing. Just close already. Or fix your app. Ehh still wouldn't come...
