Took my car here. Got a good price on the tires with promotion and such. Service was slow and had to listen to one guy belittle the other employees and complain a whole lot. They got the tires on and I immediately noticed a bad vibration while driving. Took it back, they said the were a little off balance. They said they fixed it and noted i needed front break pads and rotors. When I drove off the vibration was still there. I ended up taking it someplace else. The new place fixed their mistakes for no charge. My wheels were counter balanced. Drives great now. Don't waste...

Took car in for alignment. When they were done & it was time to check out, the tech tells me "nothing was wrong or out of spec but we did it anyway...now it's really not out of spec". Sooo I paid $100 to get my alignment done for nothing. I was too bewildered at the time to complain about it...it literally took me a while to process what I had just heard. Why didn't he just come out and tell me "sir, there's nothing wrong with your car"? That would have been the right thing to do and the honesty would have gone a long way! Bottom line...don't take your car there...

This place has everything. Not sure on how competitive their pricing is. They are so close to Menards it makes it tough to make 2 stops when you have to drive 100 miles, round trip to get to these places. I wish they would consider some scale down stores for areas like Charlevoix, Petoskey, Mackinaw City. Walmart does it in the southeastern states like Alabama. The Blair’s I was at seemed to have a few more people on the floor to help you find things. That’s where ALL big box...
