Getting one star only because you can’t give them negative stars. Ordered a package from n Nov 6th. Reached the Bloomingdale, IL (Chicago) facility on Nov 29th. From Nov 29th til December 10th there was no updates. Dec 11th it finally updated that my item was in Hazelwood, Mo (St louis) facility. There it has sat for 4 days without moving or any updates. When contacting customer service (which does not apparently exists) you get a pre authorized response email telling you you will be contacted in less than 48 hours. No contact what-so-ever comes. I’ve tried the contact option 3 times now. Twice by email & once by googling their customer service number which no one answers and when an answering machine does answer it tells you the voice message box is full & can not take any new messages. This company’s a joke!!!!! How pathetic!!! If my package even does show up which it is an handmade item I do not expect it to be in one piece or free of damage which will ruin this beautiful Christmas...

There’s no way to communicate with this facility and I’m not certain anyone actually works there. If your package is sitting at this place I would encourage you to contact the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) through their online complaint system or by calling their Office of Consumer Affairs to file a complaint against ACI and also the Better Business...
