I purchased outdoor furniture (a sofa and 2 large swivel chairs) oct 28 th for a house we were building in SC. The chairs were missing the cushions which Shelly said she would order. I said the house would be finished in march or april. When I called in April to say our movers would be picking up furniture I was told they still did not have the cushions(because obviously they were never ordered). We have now been in SC for 3 weeks and are leaving in 2 days.The cushions are still not here. We have had family and friends visit and unable to sit outside since you would be sitting on a frame without cushions. When I have called numerous times to inquire about the status and complain their response was “sorry about that”. We have been longtime Toms Price customers but this will be our last purchase. Sadly customer service is a thing...

Horrible customer service once youve given them your money. Our product (sectional couch) was order in May and suppose to be ready early July. Called our sales person a couple times and she never returned our call. Finally left a message for customer service and they said the item was shipped and on the way to their warehouse. 2 weeks later still no word from them. I called them back and spoke to someone in the store and she said it was in the warehouse but they cant deliver for 3 weeks. Would never recommend them to anyone. A 3 week wait for delivery, after the item was already 2 weeks late is...

I have only been to this location twice once pre Covid 19 and today. I have now been completely ignored twice. A bell dings when you walk in the store so there is no excuse for a customer to be ignored. The sales associate was apparently heating up her lunch. So she then comes out of the break room looks me dead in my eye and sits down and starts eating!! The other sales person that I saw was a man he too looked at me knew I wasn’t greeted and did nothing. Don’t know if it is a racial issue I’m black or what. Never coming back. Prices were very high for an outlet and nothing special...
