Micah Hardy was VERY caring compassionate and understood exactly what we needed. He showed us the appropriate inventory and we decided to buy two of the petite Zecliners with fabric upholstery. I understood that Carpet Weavers doesn't haul off old or broken furniture that customers are replacing so we went home and I started to dismantle my wife's old recliner. In the process I found what was wrong with it and fixed it. I called Mr Hardy right back and canceled our order

He was as gracious handling that as he was when he was writing up a $4000 sale. He was polite, considerate, empathetic and professional in all of our dealings with him.

I also want to state that those Zecliners were THE most comfortable seating I've ever experienced. Unfortunately because of my wife's brain damage, there were too many buttons for her to master but I'm sure we would have figured something out. I do commend your store for stocking and selling such a quality product

Replacing old flooring may not be the most thrilling activity, but Carpet Weavers transformed it into a surprisingly exciting experience for our farmhouse! Micah, Casey, and their team patiently guided us through an overwhelming array of choices - hardwood, laminate, tile, carpet - all while keeping our specific needs (and three large sheepdogs!) at the forefront. Price wasn't a barrier, but finding the absolute best flooring was. Their dedication shone through: extensive conversations, countless options, samples mailed to our home, and a visit from Jenny who expertly assessed our subfloor and offered remediation advice.

Ultimately, we opted for carpet. Micah meticulously explained the "pet durable" options, ensuring we found the perfect color and texture. The installation team was exceptional, moving furniture, completing the job in a single day, and leaving us with seams that were practically invisible. The total cost was incredible as well - several thousand dollars less than we had anticipated.

This was our second project with Carpet Weavers, and it certainly won't be our last. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer satisfaction are simply unmatched. Bravo to the entire team for a job...

We went to them to get flooring options for our basement . With multiple dogs the carpet we had needed to be replaced. Jenny the sale associate was wonderful to work with.

We did have some issues lvp because of our concrete slab in our basement.

Tried to work with a gentleman named Bob and he was not helpful or wanting to help resolve the issue.

I then got in contact with Tyler Weaver and he is remarkable. He took the time to listen to us about our moisture issues in basement and to come up with a resolution . We have a older home so slab has moisture issues .

I had doubts of getting a resolution but tyler was amazing. He worked with us. Did moisture testing and came up with a solution when I was fearing the worst.
