I really liked this place the first time I went. The older lady was very nice and helpful. I bought a tortilla press the first time and I went to go get another a few months later for my mom. Unfortunately the second one wasn't flattering the tortillas as it should so I called them up telling them what happened and I was told that I could exchange it. I went in and asked them to exchange but the other lady there was giving us a hard time about it. Telling me that I was supposed to bring a ball of tortilla flour so they can try out the tortilla press that I'm returning. I had other errands to run and I had completely forgot to bring it. I didn't even think it was a big deal because I was already told that I was able to exchange it. But she gave us attitude saying that they couldn't return the money, that nothing could be returned, everything was final price. Mind you, I wasn't even asking for my money back. Just exchange it! After all that she finally told us to choose another one and told us that we couldn't come back and exchange that one. SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS BEING FINAL PRICE IN THE FIRST PLACE Also, if the products are defective, they should at least exchange it without any issues whatsoever. I’m madd that you all had the audacity to post negative reviews. So let’s hope none of you walked in their with self entitled attitudes. How dare you post a bad review. Their Customer service is excellent…they not the in your face follow you around sales girls .. in fact I’m shocked they trust us so much to be walking thru their store regardless of where they are. the work done on all my carts is excellent oh and let me share all 6 of my builds are the business..Cristy is the reason I’m in business and they keep me in business. The mom is very friendly the daughters are very friendly and patient.. in fact they all soft on the eyes. I will always give them my business and refer them to other people. When I take my carts out I get several admirers. No one has carts like mine. I’ll be back...
