We drove in from Redlands because every other used car dealer between there and Bloomington felt either sketchy, unprofessional, or both. From the moment we arrived, the experience here was completely differentâin the best way possible.
We had the pleasure of working with Simon, and we couldnât be happier with both the process and our purchase. Unlike other dealerships where pressure tactics are the norm, Simon gave us the space and time to make our own decisions. He greeted us warmly, asked about our criteria, pointed out a few cars that might fit our needs, and then stepped backâalways within earshot but never hovering.
When we narrowed our choices down to a few cars, we let Simon know, and he immediately went inside, grabbed a bunch of keys, and handed them to usâjust like that. No hovering, no micromanagingâjust pure trust. At one point, I think his boss even asked why his customers were walking around the lot with multiple keys, but honestly, I LOVED the autonomy. It was such a refreshing change from the typical dealership experience.
Test-driving was just as seamless. I shared my honest opinions on the cars, and Simon didnât just nod alongâhe validated my concerns when they were legitimate. The car we were interested in had a minor accident on its Carfax report, but Simon reassured us that it was likely just cosmetic. Sure enough, after reviewing the history, we found it was nothing more than a graze against a wall, which we were able to confirm visually.
Pricing was refreshingly transparent. The cars are well-priced, and what you see online is exactly what youâll see on the lot (sans taxes, fees, etc.) There was a price discrepancy between the signage vs online price, but we didn't even need to askâSimon proactive let us know that its actually cheaper than what the sign says. Plus, if you pay in cash, you get a $300 discount. As a reference, we ended up purchasing a 2015 Kia Soul with 105K miles and a clean title for $7,040âa fantastic deal.
The bottom line? These folks arenât here for quick, high-pressure salesâtheyâre playing the long game by building trust, relationships, and a solid reputation. I was told to expect a survey or review request, but Iâm writing this proactively because the experience was that good.
Oh, and a quick side noteâtheir service garage is immaculate. Even with cars constantly going in and out, everything was well-organized and spotless, which says a lot about their professionalism and attention to detail.
Buying a car is a big investment, and these folks truly make sure youâre well...
Read more*READ THIS IF YOU WANT ALL THE TRUE INFORMATION * I bought a vehicle from IAuto sales about a month and a half ago. I looked around for about 2 months at other dealership and felt like they wanted to hussle me, but with IAuto they didn't try to hussle or try to send different sales men to take your money. As a matter a fact Simon the gentleman that helped me with finding my vehicle was extremely helpful. Spoke to him on the phone & told him I was interested in looking at a vehicle in there lot. I came down he greated me told me here are the keys to the vehicle u want to check out and let me check the car BY MYSELF for about 20 minutes until I came back to talk to him about test driving it. He didn't try to sale the car, he didn't try to hussle me or nothing. He was very very knowledgeable about the vehicle. The deal was made and the terms where very easy to see. I got my car and went about my business.....
But wait there's more!! not the end. I had issues with some of the doors with the car. I called and with no hesitation they oreser the parts from factory dealer and within a few days they called me and installed all the new parts. Not only that, all the people working there from the mechanic Adam was super nice and helpful. The amount of respect the smiles from everyone was very welcoming. The atmosphere in the dealership was super chill all lakers and dodgers pictures and they had tea coffee sweets and they hooked us up with the wifi for my kids to do school work on there laptops while we waited for the car to get fixed. I mean what else can you ask for. Hassle free dealership with amazing workers that take care of everything for. Talk about customer service to the max. Love this place I will definitely be recommending people to come here and I will also return for my...
Read moreIâm not going to lie, I was a little weary to purchase a car from a small side street dealership like this. My experience was great. As someone who has worked in the car business on the luxury end, I can say the customer service is top notch. Simon is the one who assisted me and communicated with me the whole time. I called for information and set up a time to test drive. I didnât end up purchasing the car till the next week, but Simon was great about keeping me up to date with the car. They were having the windshield replaced and ordered a piece that was missing on the vehicle. They serviced the vehicle as well. I took it to Toyota after I purchased it and got a full inspection and put it on a service plan. Everything was great and up to date with the car pre Toyota service. They work with many credit unions and banks so you can bring your own financing. There was a little more work I had to do on my end with the purchasing process between the bank and dealer , but it was a non issue. My only complaint is that the parking is very tight on the lot. I parked on the side street. All in all Iâm happy with my decision to sell my other car and purchase the 2012 Rav4. Zero buyerâs remorse. I would do it again in a heartbeat. I would recommend this dealer, but of course not all used cars are equal. Do your due diligence and do your own research in regards to the specific year, make and model youâre looking at. This dealership was a positive...
