Goyos Tacos — Restaurant in Bloomington

So my family and I have been coming to this Love for over 10 years. I have also introduced my family and friend to this location we take the hour dr to still come eat here but this last time never again it has happened to me once before years ago. I only eat their tripa tacos and chorizo and This time around the Tripas nasty I asked for them crunchy as I also do. But let me tell you the tripa look like a big slap of flat crust fat.. not tripas. I brought it to the attention of the staff first time I see this lady working here. I forgot to mention this is a family owned restaurant and I’m really familiar with staff they know my family and I well always make us feel welcomed. This day around what I believe is the father/owner of this location was present when I complained about the tacos there where a total of three two tripa and one chorizo I asked her to make me some tripa tacos as I ordered if possible or I would just take one chorizo taco and I’ll get my money back from the rest she didn’t she gave me three chorizo tacos and as I was complaining you can the man not happy but simply not caring he just walked out and all I heard him tell worker cashier lady not to Refund me money and give me three tacos l.. again wasn’t what I order and the rice was so hard not fresh at all as if it reheated several times in a microwave my kids love the rice and this time not one enjoyed it and I didn’t make them it it was a waste of $55 never again they lost a great family of 8 and along with my referrals. Outdoor seating is nice.

The only sauces are green mild or red 'burn you from the inside out'. An option for red medium would be nice!

The menu is vague. They don't like you to make exceptions. communicating what we wanted to order and getting what we wanted was way too difficult.

I asked for a burrito with lettuce added, but couldn't understand why I'd want that and had to insist. Then I chose red sauce and she confirmed 4 times that I'd want something that spicy. As if you must be Mexican to like it spicy...

We asked for an MRBC burrito with no onion. It did come with onion. When we asked if they could make another without onion they said No, meat comes with onion. We made it clear so you should have suggested a different meat option that doesn't have onion.

So yesterday was taco Tuesday 2/26/2019 . I went because I seen a sign that said 1$ tacos for taco Tuesday. I ordered 5 tacos and a can soda . Along with a 75 cents to use your debit card . In total it came out to $10.40 ...... how in the world do you order 5 tacos that cost a dollar and a can soda all for 10.40 !!!!!!!! Straight up robbed me. I ask the lady why it came out so expensive. She said I’m using my debit card so there’s a 75 cent charge that still doesn’t add up . NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!!! I should of just walked away but I felt bad for the restaurant they probably have to rip people off just to make ends meet!!! Very disappointed and hope I’m not the only victim .
