Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Bloomington

I would love to give more stars because i love farmer johns. Its delicious. but last night i passed by to get a chicken burger and they gave me the wrong one. plus it cost me more money. I approached the lady at the drive thru and said. "isnt it around 5, 6 dollars and she didnt even look at me and responded " no 8 dollars" .. When i tried to tell them it was the wrong burger. This lady, wich i think is the manager and a young man were at the window giving me looks to intimidate me and talking about me with the window closed. and she responded well you have to cancel, you have to park on the side because i have someone else behind you.. They were so rude , its sad , if you hate what you do, dont take it out on others. I didnt deserve that treatment. I am a super nice woman, so i left it alone and left but i am definately giving my feedback. They charged me more. Never said sorry and if the manager is that rude than i bet the...

Worse farmers EVER. Horrible customer service, it's 115 degrees today and they try to charge me $2.70 for a cup of water. AFTER I just bought a combo. Ridiculous. Two cars were ahead of me in line I pulled in around 3:45 I ordered a big cheese and I left the line at 4:16. This is fast food and all I wanted was a big cheese combo. My fries were not even had after the long way, they were overdone and Soggy with no salt on them. The hamburger was wet and messy and they charge me for grilling onions. I don't want to go too hard on the cashier because she's not the cook, but I'm sure her braces impeded on her ability to communicate. Her speaking and hearing was off. Worst Farmer Boys experience ever. I'm glad I didn't order a breakfast burrito there I think it would have...

I give it one star keep on the drive-thru, The person in the window was so rude and I kept my cool, I didn't want to spend my food, so what's the best thing to do keep your cool, they're not cheap they're expensive it's not like if they're giving me the food, I look at it like this when you go out there and buy food you're treating yourself and yes I know everything's very versatile as well you get customers are not that cool and maybe you get that feeling to spit on their food but this is not the case. Maybe the person has a customer before me they gave her some attitude and I got the end of it. Anyways guys you got to work on that keep your cool as well Don't dump the load on somebody else that did not deserve it....
