After purchasing a truck from them, I thought I walked away with a great deal. Turns out that the transmission in the truck was bad and in need of replacement. Trans fluid was black on day two of owning the truck. I asked for 2 weeks about getting it looked at and they said they would make an appointment. They never did. I then had to get all of the bearings in the rear end replaced because those were going out as well. Another $1000 gone as well as a new oil pump because the check engine light came on and oil pressure skyrocketed. Another $1100 done the hole. I then called them 2 months after owning the vehicle asking about my license plates that were supposed to be sent in the mail. They never got sent and I had to drive back out to them to pick them up. All in all I thought I was getting a good deal but I ended up getting screwed over big time. I'm out $2,100 with another $3,600 on the way for the transmission. If you want a quality vehicle, I would suggest that you look elsewhere. If I knew ahead of time that they were willing to sell vehicles with obvious issues, I would've went somewhere else. Read moreEDIT: I just want to say that I am shocked at the audacity this dealership has, they called me to let me know they had to close early due to an emergency, I apologized and promised to edit my review. Apparently they did not like that I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars and call multiple times to ask if I would change the review, on the 3rd call when I told him I will not change my review because I still felt they deserved 4 stars since they did nothing to notify their customers of the emergency closure and I still drove down there. This man who had already called 3 times prior tone completely changed and he tried to guilt and pressure me to change my review, once I told him I wasn’t he became rude and said he hopes that when I have an emergency no one helps me out. Personally I am happy a did not buy a truck from them and bought one from their neighbor dealership yesterday. I could only imagine how they treat customers who already paid them if they do not care how they treat a customers business they are trying to earn.

Read moreI recently purchased a Lexus IS 350 F-Sport from Supreme Auto Center and while I don't normally write reviews, I felt compelled to leave some kudos for Alex and his father who made this experience one to remember. Alex was a straight shooter and didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary additional fees. He gave me fair value on my trade-in and was overall just a good person to talk to.
The transaction took a little longer than normal due to some unforeseen circumstances but I did not mind staying as Alex took the time to walk me through the process and handled every situation that arose with professionalism. It was nice to learn about him and his family.
Even though I'm not from the area, I will be sure to refer potential customers to Supreme Auto Center. An overall painless process and Alex was just a great guy to talk to. I wish Supreme Auto Center all the success in the world and hope they do big things for a long...
