About a week ago I was in your store intending to make a sizable purchase for my girlfriend who lives in Chicago. Due to distance I attempted to call her so I could read the various flavors of Mr. Fog Switch vapes to her.
When I entered the store the music was blasting to the point I couldn't hear anything besides the in house music.
There was only one customer who was checking out, so I asked the girl behind the counter if she could please lower the music for a moment so I could conduct my call.
Not only did she say "No." but she was beyond rude looking at me like I asked if she could light the store on fire.
I turned and left.
I don't care how many customers you have, but you lost out on what very easily would have been $100 sale.
I've worked with the general public for years.
Call me crazy, but I'm quite sure the goal of a store is not only to make a sale, putting money in your register, thus keeping your doors open, but to do so with respect for your customers.
If turning the radio down, not even off, in an empty store for 2 minutes is such a difficult request, there's absolutely no need to do business with you.
I'll continue to share my experience with others and let them know that because of how rude the girl was behind the counter I won't return, and neither should anyone who considers shopping there.
There's a reason the Smokers Den has 2 locations here in town, and continues to do long lasting business with a loyal clientele base.
I hope in the future you focus more on accommodating your customers, than you do blaring...

Tried to exchange for a more expensive mod after buying(never used the device) and was told to come back with a receipt the next day as a manager was not in to be able to process the exchange.
My fiance went today with the receipt and the worker did not bother to look at the receipt or help in any way and said "they highly doubt what she was saying was true". Fiance then cried in her car. Not once but twice the same employee sold me items that aren't what he said they were.. and obviously they were not cheap.. you can not return the item or exchange it. So I've wasted 300 on a puffco bub that he said was a smaller version of the puffco but worked the same.. 150.00 with tax.. Then I bought a thermo product that I was told would heat up my wax instead of using torch.. But again instead all the thing did was give me a temperature reading which is pointless to me .. I'm new to smoking so when I'm spending money I really rely on the person to be knowledgeable about what they are actually selling me.. Or Say I DONT KNOW..
