The people at Hustedt's are not only my favorite jewelry store people, but they have become part of my family. In August my husband started Hospice, and I wanted an eternity ring to match my wedding ring set that we had bought last year. My son's fiance and I went to Hustedt's in Bloomington on a Saturday. We got there 12 minutes after they had closed. After hearing what I wanted and why, they opened up for me and found exactly what I wanted. Later on I asked if they had any lockets for cremation ashes. They sent me pictures and Larry and I picked out a locket together. My husband died September 18th, and October 5th my Dad started Hospice. Dad passed away October 28th and then my Mom passed away November 15th. I made another trip to Hustedt's to request that they make a pendant using Larry's, my Dad's, and my original wedding bands. I also had my baby ring and a diamond pendant that my brother and his first wife had given me. Today I went to pickup my "My Guys Circle of Love" pendant. As usual they went above and beyond. I recently had the most wonderful experience at Hustedt Jewelers in Bloomington all thanks to Kevin who took the time to listen to my ideas for the perfect engagement ring.

Through a series of thoughtful questions, Kevin was able to get a vision for what I was looking for. He said, “Tracie I have the perfect ring for you” I trusted his expertise. He made a video of the ring so I could see it before we arrived at the jewelry store. This stunning ring exceeded all my expectations. Best experience ever!! I went in just to browse engagement/bridal rings and Kelly helped show us some. I was not seriously looking at that moment but did find one that caught my eye. I would show up off and on and just look some more keeping an eye on the setting I liked. This went on for months. And months. Then I finally got serious. Kelly spent so much time with me in the store and in her research in choosing just the right diamond. She helped find one that wasn't too small, or too expensive. We looked at different shapes, sizes and clarity. I kept holding out for just the right one. I'm sure there were times she thought I would never follow through or make a decision.
