I ordered 3 items from the store. I was informed that two items would be delivered on the soonest date available to me and the last item would be delivered the following week. Notes were supposedly made that if the third item was in sooner it would be included on that earlier truck so everything would arrive together.
On the day of the delivery one item showed up. I told the drivers what was told to me about my delivery on the day of purchase. They said they weren’t sure why it wasn’t included but would show the missing items as “not delivered” so someone would reach out about its new delivery day. I haven’t had anyone reach out to me in days so I called the customer service number listed at the bottom of my receipt. They could not give me an answer why at least two of the items were not delivered and just the one was. They informed me that they would send an email to the store so they were notified however, they said my third item would not arrive for another 5 months. So I asked them to just refund me for the missing items and I was happy to pay just for the items received. They informed me that they couldn’t do that either I would need to call the store myself.
So now I call the store where I made the purchase. The associate at the store informed me that a manager would need to process the return and that they couldn’t do it themselves. Rather than call for a manager they elected to take down number and advised me a manger would call me back. Two days later and I’m still waiting on the call.
Everyone I talked to was very nice and friendly but the headache of this store, maybe isolated to this location, is just not worth the products...
Read moreWhen I entered the store, I was greeted by Marisol. I had researched the website and had two recliners picked out to try. She asked me what I was looking for and directed me to a recliner I wouldn’t have considered. I still wanted to try out the chairs I researched but this recliner fit “like butter”. It was so comfortable and you could feel the quality, which the other chairs, could not be match. Now, it wasn’t my intention to buy anything at this time because of a painting project scheduled in July. Marisol listened to my issues, but suggested we try to find those colors and match if possible. After finding the new colors and using my existing pieces, she was helpful when it came to picking out the new chair color. After all this, I was comfortable enough to order the new recliner. Marisol did her job well. She listened and knew the products well. She answered questions and was extremely patient(finding those Sherwin Williams paint colors!) She made the experience fun and enjoyable! I wouldn't’ hesitate to contact her...

Informative and accomodating without being overbearing. Then the online tracking of our delivery was not only accurate we found it, a very helpful tool. Still we received great communication on the eta of delivery and reminders too. To our surprise, the team arrived to deliver, along with several other personnel from various Schneidermans stores as part of a training exercise. They asked permission first before all came in, which we readily agreed. This in itself we were impressed with and it shows the degree of which they will go to for new team members to see entire process. We love our bed and now, will look to make another...
