Despite the bad reviews (and I don't believe those now!), I visited TBS Mart today as it was just 5-10 mins from Mall of America (direct MT bus No. 5). And trust me, the shop had most of the Indian stuff we wanted. They had veggies (not so fresh and little variety), frozen stuff like paratha, rice, different pulses, flours and most of the food items available in any Indian mart. Prices were also in similar range. Not much variety in cosmetic and other Indian FMCG items though, and were little expensive.
Store is small, so items look piled up. You may not find price tags on several items, but they won't be overpriced for sure. The billing was automatic (bar-coded except for veggies) and was accurate, no issues at all. Overall, good experience. And very convenient for those...

Not too sure about all the negative reviews - may need to take it with a handful of salt. Stuff seems to move and they restock regularly - I bump into people restocking items every so often (I go there quite often). We realized that at TBS Mart, we will need to be extra-vigilant while shopping there. I do not remember ever getting expired products at the store.
