We ordered on Friday after work and went in to pick it up. I have to say I was scared to eat the pizza after I sat and saw the young man, the others one of them with a bandana on smoking an e- sig and the one kid leaning on where they make the pizzas taking off his cap and re adjusting to right over that counter. The one young lady with long hair and had it pulled up on top so that it freely hung back and forth over the food counter. To top it all off. The person I thought might be a manager walked away from our issue and did not help our situation. The hardest working young gentleman was the young man cutting the food and putting the boxes on the warmer. The pizza was good but after seeing how it was prepared I don’t think I will order from there again. I do not believe it was the workers fault it was the lack of management.

AWFUL food. Awful delivery. Manager support less than desirable. The food was delivered to our hotel and left outside the doors, in January. No contact attempts. The hotel staff finally found it and called our room. The food itself was poorly cut, raw, sloppy, wet, basically inedible, and obviously cold. We didn’t receive the soda we ordered and no plastic-wear for the mac and cheese. Calling and talking with a manager was met with being told there was nothing they could do. We were told to contact Slice, the contracted delivery service this location uses. Slice only offers submitting a claim virtually. The manager wouldn’t even listen to our complaints about the quality of the food because “there is nothing I can do.” Absolutely would not recommended ordering from this location and will avoid Slice as well.

I was super excited to try the new vegan options but I got SO SICK after eating here. It was also supposed to be curbside pickup but when I called to let them know I was there the woman who answered said “can you just come in?!” and then hung up. When I went in she just said “we’re really busy” and that was it. That’s an interesting way to earn the nice pre-paid tip I left in advance to the person that was supposed to be carrying the pizzas out to my car. Normally not one to leave bad reviews but I messaged Topper’s through their website about this (mostly so no one else would get sick) but they didn’t even bother to respond. It’s been about two weeks now already. Pretty unbelievable experience overall.

I meant to write a review on this location last week as i did write a email to the owner and got no response so ill make a public review i typically go to this location weekly as i order for serveral group homes i work for.the 20 min visit i encountered at toppers was horrible the lady if i do recall her name rachel was very pleasant in taking my order repeating my order over the phone very respectful young lady when i arrived to pick up more order i waited 6 mins to even be acknowledge as a costumer music was loud and in bad taste the guy that finally asked me if i needed to order or if already placed a order smelt so bad of marijuana i had to step back from counter he told me my order wa not yet completed it would be about6 mins before coming out oven .Fine i went back out to my car to wait i was parked by door when i got out of my car to go back in after the 6 mins of waiting the smell of marijuana was strong i noticed 2 toppers employees sitting right out side the door on side walk in full .Toppers uniform passing a pipe to each other a jimmy johns in employee yelled across side walk saying hey austin that is loud man they all laughed and carried on went in got my order and asked the guy that handed me ny order if marijuana was allowed to be used at work he said not that im aware of why whats going on i told him 2 employees out the door having a party he then told me that was his boss and g.m of the store all i could to is shake my head n walk out the door when i reached my car 3 of the employee's go into the car and proceeded there before work or break party.as a g.m you should feel ashamed of your self not only to knowledge drugs being used on the clock but in day light in front of costumers n you join in the behavior i was there a week or so before this and witness alcohol sitting on counter in costumer view as well very unprofessional very unpleasant i think the owners should feel disgusted in behavior like this and possible find a better crew n g.m to run...

The only thing this toppers is world famous for, is it's never ending hold. Every time I call it's at the very least a 3 to 5 minute hold before anyone picks up the phone. Just called and sat on hold for 12 minutes only to get there before they picked up the phone at all. Walk in and she is staring at a tablet. She asked if I had an order and I told her no, but I've been sitting on hold for 13 minutes now. And she claimed it would be at least 45 to an hour for a carry out order. She acted like she was super busy but clearly wasnt doing anything when I walked in. They had 2 pizzas on the rack for pickup, not at all busy.

This location clearly has issues with hold times, late orders, hanging up on people, and failing to ever address their issues refusing to even give names of management.

Bloomington Toppers is going to go out of business for sure if they cant even manage taking a phone call or getting a walk in carry out done in a reasonable time frame. Pizza luce is always busy but wouldnt take 45 minutes for a walk in. And if you ask for the managers name to complain they threaten to call the cops on you and start swearing at you. I'm reporting this to every to every source I can.

*Ended up going to the Minneapolis location on lake and lyndale, they answered within 30 seconds and it was ready when I got there. The manager here was really nice and did a great job. Even she was shocked at the poor service I received at the bloomington location. I will never even try the Bloomington location again. I'll just drive a few extra miles for quality service and pizza that doesnt take...

Arrived in Bloomington just after 10:00 p.m., so Toppers was the only delivery option available for a hungry family. Ordered at 10:20, with assurances that the delivery person would bring the food to our hotel room within 40 minutes, and that the driver could make change for a hundred dollar bill because our Oder came to $46. At 11:30, we called to ask where our food was, only to be told the order had been cancelled because the person who took the order hadn't gotten our name or phone number. They knew our hotel and room number; they have caller ID; they made no attempt to correct their problem, and they certainly offered no apologies. Not their problem. Desperate for food, we placed our order again, this time with a 25% discount for the wait but without agreeing to expedite the order as requested. Oh, and this time we were told drivers are not allowed to carry more than $30. cash, so I had to give all of my credit card information to the person on the phone, in whom I had zero confidence. An hour later, or two hours and ten minutes after initially placing the order, a very polite and professional driver brought the food to our hotel room. He apologized for the wait, even though it was definitely not his fault. The "mild" buffalo wings we ordered were painfully spicy and not worth getting blisters on our lips for. The bacon/Mac-n-cheese pizza was awesome. But I would never deal with this restaurant again, no matter how hungry I might be, because of the rude, unapologetic, and apparently incompetent people who answer the phones. I'd rather go...
