In general they have good deals. With the $5 Line Up, everyone can get what they like without breaking the bank. This has been my main store for several years; there have been some misses, but mostly hits. However, after this last miss, I'll be saying "bye-bye" to this location. Instead of offering to replace or credit me the buffalo mild bone out wings that were so offensively vinegary, they were inedible, guy tells me over the phone "Well, I'm going to have to call the State Inspector in because I've sold 142 of these today and this is the first complaint." Hey I'm not sure what you need to do (but I'd start with how the sauce is stored...you didn't bother to mix it with my wings, maybe someone's not stirring it, maybe this was the bottom of the barrel) All I know is my eyes are watering, my nose is stinging, I don't smell cayenne, no garlic, nothing but straight vinegar, I can't eat them. (The kids wouldn't even eat them.) And believe me, I tried to eat these...I had the order delivered a mile to my house because I didn't feel like going out. But I did..I had to. After all that phone attitude, he needed to smell these. I told him I was on my way and when I got there, they were still warm and he says "smells like buffalo mild." Still no offer to replace, no alternative offered, nor a refund. This was a $5 item, probably had hundreds of pounds available, the issue was completely resolvable, but this guy couldn't get there. How about, "Next time they're on us,"...something...what I got was attitude. I'm thinking this guy thinks I came out for what, to score some free wings, really? Now I'm hangry! So I called him on his attitude and he's still so defensive of these wings, that I told him to keep his wings and started to walk out. When I turned back to ask his name, he said "Bye!." Ha. Read moreI just wanted to share a poor experience with Pizza Hut on 78th & Portland. My son ordered at 6:51 tonight and was quoted 222 minutes (3.7 hours) he ordered anyways. By the 4 hour mark his tracking said it was still in the making process. Finally at 4.5 hours my husband called and sat on hold for 10 minutes, asked about the order and was hung up on. He then proceeded to call again while I decided to go there in person. This has now been 5 hours my kid has been waiting for dinner. I work in the industry and can understand long waits, but this is outrageous! I get there and the lights are off and doors locked with 2 people inside. After I pulled on the door to get their attention they finally let me in. I asked the status of my son order and they told me they had a system shut down and the crew closed up shop and went home. They offered to make our food now if we wanted. Unreal! I got a " sorry" but wasn't offered anything else. We were told our card would be refunded, but we will see tomorrow. I know that's what we get for ordering Pizza Hut, but what terrible service. Never in my 21 years in the food industry have I ever had something like this happen and nothing was done to make it right, or lack of communication given. Read moreVery bad experience. When delivered we were missing one of our ordered items. I tried calling the delivery driver multiple times (Within two minutes after he left) and he never answered (and never called back) - and I gave this guy a tip!! I tried calling the store and no one answered, customer service would constantly transfer me without communication and I was always disconnected or hung up on after asking to wait (counted - 5 times) - once the customer service agent even tried to convince me to just wait until the next morning to try.. WHAT!? Finally, an hour later a store member stated they would send out a new fresh order for me (supposedly the same delivery driver). And hour after THAT, nothing arrived - I called the store and the driver never even left, so I finally said forget it please just refund me. I have never had such a terrible and difficult time with food delivery. Two hours with no solution was completely unacceptable and I hope this delivery driver was spoken too. The store member who assisted with my refund was polite and apologetic, but I will definitely not order from this specific store again due to...
