Stopped by to pick up a new toy for use. Explained we wanted something cheap but good. Sold us a toy with a dead battery, the staff person opened it to test it before the sale and said it was working. About 15 mins later my gf opens it and tries to turn it on, little to nothing. Came back to explain that the toy was dead/ not working. Staff told us that the toy was the lowest battery/ vibration. Was never informed of this beforehand and was cheated out of our $50 with the no return policy (which makes sense if used, however the toy never worked).
