This shop is pretty awesome. My gf and I decided we wanted to quit smoking and walked in with absolutely no knowledge a few months ago. We’ve had multiple sales associates and every single one has been patient and helpful. Tonight especially impressed me. We went in wanting to move up a level in mods. Zack was so helpful and informative without ever once making us feel dumb. He very patiently went through every mod we asked about; the pros, cons, differences from ones we looked at a few moments before all the way to literally walking us through how to set them up, change coils, etc. He was incredibly polite and I was very impressed with his product knowledge. This Place apparently doesn't accept IDs that are vertical and show that your over 21. I'm from Wisconsin and i got my license when i was 18 an my temporarylicense ended on my 21st birthday so i went to get it renewed the day before my birthday bc if you wait till your birthday you get a late charge fee. So when I got my ID it was vertical bc i went the day before my birthday so under 21 but the next day i turned 21 it states that im 21 on it but they still refused due to a possible fine bc it was verticle even tho in 21 an going on 22 and I was honestly upset with the people who declined my right to buy. TCV is my favorite vape shop in Bloomington-Normal. They have a fantastic selection of juices and bring in new flavors/juice lines often which I like because I often get vapors tongue from overvaping a particular juice. The owners, Adam and Kristen, are fantastic people. They take the time to explain any and everything pertaining to what is sold in their shop and you can definitely tell they love their jobs! The other two employees, Caleb and Jared, are just as great as their bosses. You can tell they both love vaping and that's probably thanks to Grimm Green. Probably.
