Talbots — Local services in Bloomington

Very disappointed that the staff didnt have "time" to say hello when we entered the store. There were 3 employees on the floor and 2 other customers. While they were ringing up.customers and being very helpful to them multi-tasking was beyond their capabilities. One associate even walked over to a steamer and plugged it in. My daughter and I were looking at the clothing for something in particular. She plugged in the steamer and walked away. I stated that they must be too busy to speak. This was my first and last time in any Talbots based on the lack of kindness in this one. A simple "hello" goes a long way! An "I'll be with you in a moment"...
