The good news is that they generally have what I am looking for when I go there. The rest is the problem. Previous times I have gone to pick up straw, then stood outside and waited, and waited, and waited. Then am given excuses on why they forgot about me.
This last time I placed an order for contactless pickup. I called and when I said I am here to pick up my order I was met with a big sigh and a bad attitude. Then I was told I was going to have to wait for quite awhile for 2 small bags. Why even offer this option if I am going to be treated like some huge burden when I use this option?
Every time I go there it's just employees complaining about how busy they are. I thought that was a good thing, but it's just an excuse for bad customer service. Most of the time the person checking you out has no idea what any of the basic items are, like simple pine shavings and straw.

The order came from the pittston branch. The neighbor that the order accidentally got delivered to kept calling the bloomsburg store demanding that the order be removed from their property, which hey understandable is frustrating... One of the employees at this location took complete ownership of this problem and tracked down not only me, who the order was supposed to go to, but interfaced with the angry neighbor and roadie to resolve the problem. It was way better service than I have ever gotten at any tractor supply and it wasn't even their store that was responsible for the issue. 10/10 gold star... Thanks again...

Today, between two stores, hour of my wifeās time were wasted. She ordered a utility trailer on the website for pickup. When she went to pick it up at the Bloomsburg location, the staff made her wait for an hour before telling her they lost the title to the trailer. Then she went to another location (Milton) who told her they canāt sell the trailers because they donāt have plates. The first store would not help and call the second store to help find out any information, and just told my wife she could ātake the trailer but not use itā until they somehow found the title.
