Burger King — Restaurant in Scott Township

Where do I start? Stoped here a few weeks ago got a chicken nugget meal. Ask for bbq sauce. It's on the receipt. Get home no bbq sauce in the bag. Went yesterday. Got a fish sandwich asked for cheese. No cheese. chicken sandwich was supposed to come with cheese. Look on the receipt both sandwiches say cheese on them. Take them back they put 2 slices of Cheese on them (personally if you take food back it should be re made) but gusse that's not there policy. So clearly they need to teach there employees to be able to read the orders better. while eating the manger lady comes puts 2 coupons on my table for a free sandwich for the messed up order. That was very nice how ever the coupons both expired one from 2021 one from 2022... I really think this place needs a makeover of all it's employees. For what is charged for fast food and for what fast food employees get paid. There is no way or reason why or how they mess up this bad. I really believe elementary kids could do...

Unaccountable. I live 25 minutes away from this Burger King. They missed two separate items in my small order. Didn’t notice it until I got home. Called the store just asking for a refund on the missing items because I used a credit card. They told me the next time I come back they will give me a free meal or I can come back to the restaurant and show the card to be refunded. I would need to make a 50 minute inconvenient round trip to be compensated for their error. I am in the food service industry and we have procedures to refund our customers without being present. Don’t take the risk of them not meeting expectation and then you having to go the extra mile just to get what you should have received in the original...

I want to thank the manager and another employee there today. They walked my friend to her car and walked me to my car after I asked if they could escort us out. There was a sketchy guy outside of the building who was watching customers inside the building through the windows. He would approach everyone that went out of the building and would pace from one entrance to the other. He then went next door to Coles hardware and purchased a three foot chain and very thick and put it in his pocket. I was fearing for my life. I was having bad premonitions.
