I sat in line for bout 20 minutes, 10 minutes were spent on waiting for a manager to help this poor cashier.. not sure what the issue was because I was the fifth person in line but the cashier "Donna" had some kind of problem and the manager took her sweet old time getting there. After the issue was resolved the manager walks straight out the door to smoke rather than jump on any of the other five registers that seemed to be open and all were on... The cashier looked as if she was gonna cry. I would have walked out if I didn't feel bad for this lady. Gave her a short pep talk, told her she was doing great job. Not sure what is wrong with her but that cheered her up it seemed. Fire that manager and I may return to that store again. laziness is not part of management in a small store like such. I like this store much more than the others in the area and have been going here for as long as they've been open without issues until the last few months. The cashier with dark hair and glasses is extremely rude! She bags everything to where it's too difficult to lift the bags. I've explained I've had a stroke and can't lift them, and last time she loudly said "I double bagged them", and started pulling things from a bag and tossing into another while huffing and puffing about it.
