4/15/25 Never had Little Caesars before, was gonna be driving past from Buckhorn, so I tried the web portal to place an order and it kept saying there was no Bloom location, so I called and my order was just an extra cheese crazy crust pizza with garlic parm sauce. It's on the menu, I had the menu up on my moms phone. Guy goes, "We can't do that." What do you mean. He says, "we have to come in and order." I'm not going to be beaten by a little Caesars. So now I'm committed. We go in and immediately see 4 papers across the tiny space 2 say "Due to the high amount of FALSE COMPLAINTS they will no longer be taking complaints without" blah blah blah. 1 says about people being responsible for their own brownies or something, that one didn't make a lot of sense, and 1 says not to depress the employees. So I place my order again, and he says we can't do that. Why. He seems confused and says "we don't have garlic." Weirdest way to says they don't have a white sauce. So I do a quick Google, they do have it. So asked can I see a menu. Guy says no they only have what's on the constantly changing screen of tweeter post about the pretzel crust. Turns out this place doesn't have MOST of the actual menu. So fine marinara. A cheese pizza took about 30 minutes to make. Other people came in, placed orders with pizzas, and got them in minutes. Only 1 other person who came in after us who I heard placed the delivery over phone or portal also was there 20 minutes and still waiting when we left. Get home and this is the saddest pizza I'd ever seen. It was weirdly brown, and I only ate half a piece. My BF ate a whole slice. We spent the rest of Tuesday and most of yesterday vomiting, and are still...
Read moreThis was a disaster. I really understand being short staffed, but that's no excuse to not be willing to fix their mistake. I received undercooked pizza, I even tried to call to see what could be done. They unplugged their phones, even the manager said they did after I tried to call to sort this issue. I arrived at the store to fix the problem, had to bang on the door for 5 minutes straight while a short woman claiming to be a manager stared at me, then finally answer the door and I begin to explain my problem. She walks away and a larger woman also claiming to be a manager started to berate and belittle me at the door for my order being wrong. Then she outright tried to claim the store was closed, as they were still making and receiving orders. What kind of service is this? It's not my fault the pizza was undercooked. I just wanted my order fix, and the whole time I was waiting, the larger woman kept making snide comments to herself about my order and how she had to remake it. Maybe if it was properly cooked and CHECKED before it went out, you wouldn't be forced to remake it. Guess I'll be calling little Caesars customer service to see if anything can be done about the absolute rude treatment of customers...
Read moreIf I could give this place less than one star I would. This is the second time that I’ve ordered pretzel crust pizza, and the crust wasn’t pretzel crust. I called the first time it happened and was able to get a hold of somebody the second time that this happened I called 20 times and then sent my boyfriend in since we couldn’t get a hold of anyone. He watched the employees not pick up the phone and completely ignore it. He told them that it was his girlfriend calling because of the issue of the pizza. They told him that they can’t pick up the phone if they’re making pizza when I finally got through because my boyfriend told him to pick up the phone They did nothing to resolve the issue. This is one of the worst customer service experiences that I’ve ever had where they haven’t tried to make up for what they have done. The negative reviews are right, even though they have papers in the store saying that the negative reviews are wrong. This is one of the worst pizza places...
