The owner and the rest of her staff are not on the same page and seem to be very disorganized and completely in chaos every time I walk in. Bought several pieces and put them on hold. Made a substantial initial payment and then went by to make a second payment and was handed a invoice without the balance due. It simply stated balance due on account to be determined. They cannot add, because the numbers changed literally three times. Went by to make my final payment and schedule delivery. When the delivery driver showed up and brought the furniture in my new house, he handed me a sheet of paper indicating that I owed an additional $300. Needless to say this prompted a phone call to Holly, and it got pretty heated. I finally told her that I would pay the final amount, but that I would never set foot inside her establishment again! I also noticed how very musty the furniture smells now that it is in my home. I am going to have to spray disinfectant for some period of time in hopes of getting rid of it! The warehouse is a total disaster. It's like trying to walk through a maze to look at anything!!! In good consciousness, I cannot recommend this place!!!

How dare you state that I threatened your delivery people!!! I NEVER threatened any one except to say that I would leave YOU terrible reviews...and I WILL!!! As for picking up the chair that you held hostage...I couldn't just drop what I was doing, as I was in the middle of a move and had movers coming to my new home to unload stuff...I made it clear that I would get over to pick it up when it was convenient for me to do so! However, now I've decided I don't want it...I've found 2 other chairs elsewhere that will look very nice with the 2 that I purchased from you, so all is great on my end!!! You were dishonest in not divulging to me initially that the lamp was broken (as it was sitting behind your desk when I made the $400 payment to you). Fortunately, thanks to Angela who wanted to divulge it, convinced you that you needed to do so...and then, you wanted to stick with your initial discount given for the lamp until I made it clear that you needed to discount it more because your people broke it!!! WOW!!!

To sum things up...YOU had the AUDACITY to send me a photo of a "doctored" invoice (which I did not receive until after the delivery guy handed it to me standing in my living room, and when I asked him what it was, he shrugged and didn't know). I asked him to call you to explain to me what was going on. Only then, did you state that you had texted it to me. It took a few minutes for it to show up on my phone, but it was only a photo with no written communication. The initial text I had from you was that the delivery would happen closer to 5:00pm as opposed to 3:00pm. As a matter of fact, your delivery guy said he didn't blame me for being upset about it! I was not upset that you made a mistake, it was the way you chose to handle it by having your delivery driver handle the dirty work on your behalf that had me so upset! That is WRONG on so many levels!!! Shame on you for putting him in that position!!! Not a savvy business woman for sure!!! Again, it's all good on my end now...so all the best...

Just want to say how impressed we were with Holly (the owner) and her team! When we first walked in we felt a bit overwhelmed by the mass amount of furniture in the store. We were greeted when we first walked in and just asked to browse, which we were accommodated. While making our way around and getting ready to find our way out, I found an area rug that I absolutely loved. Holly then greeted us and started asking us questions. She did not skimp on time with us just to make a sale. We've spent a few hours with her over the weeks and found everything we were looking for to fill our newly constructed home. She was able to use the rug and the information we gave her about us, and what we were looking for and found the perfect pieces! She has such a fantastic eye for design! I've read other reviews complaining about prices and perhaps some things can be found cheaper elsewhere. I wouldn't trade the experience for cheaper stores. Holly's vision was beyond anything we were able to achieve. In fact, she had a table customized for us and it is gorgeous! We know there is not another exact table in the world! Eric delivered the furniture with such care! Each piece was placed to perfection and he made sure everything operated properly and that we were satisfied before he left. We can't express the thanks we feel for Holly and her team and highly recommend...

What a place!

Actually we were a bit put off by the building and sign that faces Rt. 278...small and not very impressive. The saleslady there told us that we needed to go to the main building, about 300 yards behind the highway. It is an old warehouse absolutely crammed with furniture almost to the rafters...cluttered, hard to see what's there, but it you take the time to really look...wow! Wonderful stuff, and an extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. The merchandise is very high quality, and the prices are really good considering how high quality the furniture is.

We came in 'just looking' and wound up buying a dining table, two chairs and a wonderful dining display hutch. We wound up working with the owner, Holly. She really has her stuff together, knows her merchandise, and was extremely helpful.

We live in Tennessee and are beginning to build a house. They are going to store our stuff for 7 months, touch up any defects, and have it packed, wrapped and ready for shipment when we are ready for it. The furniture is beautiful. We were looking to redo the dining room, but my wife never expected to find anything this nice in our price range. Bear in mind that this is not cheap stuff, but it is a great value in high quality furnishings. They also offer furniture refinishing, custom finishes, decorator services, fabrics, rugs,...
