I recently had the pleasure of ordering a to-go meal from Egg Up Grill, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. Every time I visit, they never fail to impress me with their outstanding service and delicious food. From the moment I placed my order to the moment I picked it up, everything was on point.

The food at Egg Up Grill is simply fantastic. The flavors and quality of the dishes they offer are consistently excellent. Whether it's their mouthwatering omelettes, fluffy pancakes, or savory breakfast sandwiches, every bite is a burst of deliciousness. I was a somewhat frequent patron since business location opened several years ago. I ate there dozens of times.

Good: Food was flavorful with a nice variety of choices. Best experiences were very early morning for breakfast. Usually, wait staff were proficient. Tyler is a very nice, attentive staff person and does an excellent job.

Bad: Found a “hair” in food/on plate three different times. Makes one wonder about cleanliness and carefulness in the kitchen. Saw a former waitress once put some undefined debris on potatoes (my order) while still on counter from kitchen. Recently, there was a waitress who failed to bring silverware or check on table. I had to get up and ask another employee for it. She brought my cold food after the attending supervisor noticed. I left without dining.

I have seen several examples of customer favoritism. I have had situations whereby a wait personnel failed to check back on table and offer a second cup of coffee, even when the establishment was not very busy. Again, I have been served by some proficient and friendly staff. Most of those have left during an extended time period.

I have conversed with the congenial proprietor/manger in the early days. I assume he’s now focused with another location. I’d welcome another chat with him if I see him. For now, I am not comfortable returning there anytime soon.

Just had the absolute best customer service experience EVER! My girlfriend and I came in around 9:45 am on a Friday (Nov 19) and the experience from the minute we walked in was flawless. There were plenty of people (that all looked satisfied and happy) we were able to get some seats at the bar. A wonderfully charismatic Amanda met us there and patiently led us through the menu and had our food order in quickly. I personally ordered something not on the menu (I asked for Cinnamon waffles), and Amanda went and made them for me HERSELF. I don't exaggerate when I tell you that the food she made for us was absolutely perfect the waffle tasted better than my own mom's recipe! It was light and fluffy and tasted like the best cinnamon waffle I could possibly imagine. As soon as I got the food my fork never left my hand and I enjoyed every single bite. Tyler took care of us while we were waiting and he talked to us like we were old friends, despite being busy and handling other happy customers. I live about 30 mins away and I will absolutely be coming back, my girlfriend and I had a wonderful experience. The people that work here made us feel welcomed cared about and made the day brighter if I could give a better review I would but thank everyone at this establishment for the wonderful food and experience.
