Just left the establishment and the customer service was terrible. I walked in and was the only customer, no greeting or acknowledgement. Employees were at the register laughing and talking, again, no greeting. As I stood at the counter, another customer came in and they must have had some prior dealings. When offering good customer service, greeting customers and addressing customers correctly is standard. I was ignored until the customer who entered the store after me finally had their order completed. I understand that the customer may have had prior dealings and misunderstandings that needed to be tied up; however, I was the next customer when I entered the store so I should have been addressed first. Secondly, once I was finally acknowledged there still wasn’t any proper greeting, only a “what are you getting”? I’m not sure if the establishment was more concerned with making more money with the customer who entered after me because they had a larger order than mine or maybe the customer is just that bad. This place has a great product but no business sense....its nerve wrecking!!! Advice stop making all those creative favors and stick with a few to get your cost down. The products are becoming too expensive. A 8 inch cake for 70.00 is too high and toooo small to share with a family. At that price it should be at least a 10 inch cake. The more you start going up the customers will decrease. Look at other successful other bakeries on the other side before you price gouge your way out of business. Excellent product but business sense needs alot of work. Today you got it in 5 years your prices will be too high for a foodie like me to afford so I will be forced to find your competitor....

After ordering through Door dash I called and spoke with "Brandy" inquiring about my points. She was very rude, not courteous at all, and while I was on the phone with her she goes "Oh your order is already ready and your door dash driver is walking through the door now ok thank you have a good day" and hung up the phone.
