ABSOLUTE DISASTER!! I had been a T-Mobile customer for some time and was shopping at Sam’s club after a lengthy illness (chemotherapy) and hospital stay. It was almost Christmas and it was too good to be true…. I stayed past closing only for us to be told we had to go by Sam’s.. I was asked to come back (I’m not supposed to even be out due to no immunity) I was told they would call me in morning and that’s what we did. I was getting 3 new phones/4th line! Supposedly I was getting Sam’s Gift cards,I was given a price that was acceptable,all these other things. Well phone come after Christmas,my sons can’t even be turned on it’s burned up….. 4th line had no number or sim card,so have to drive 20 mins and go back. They look at phone said never saw anything like it (my sons charger was brand new still in box never got it back) I then had to follow manager to another location to now get a new phone for my daughter because the only one available was pink.. which we had set hers up. I then spend 2 hours on the phone with T-Mobile only to have them switch it backwards and tell me to go back to the store… I went to another location because this was something that should have been simple and it was and an easy fix. However needed a SIM card still had to go all the way back again… But I see is astronomical Bill, which is not what was agreed-upon. We traded in my daughter‘s phone (used 1 year mint condition) Definitely not was I was told! Would have kept it! So go back out there again to find out about the bill, my son’s charger the trade-in a lot of other things this is after calling and trying to get in touch with them never to receive a call back. So here is all these times I’m having to go out in public not supposed to be in they’re aware of that. The manager Mike is unavailable…. Unreachable… They reach out to Julian who’s going to fix this and call me… still haven’t heard anything! Still have one phone not being used! Not to mention they have been billing me for a month when phones were not even able to be used due to all of their screw ups, promotions all lies haven’t received any of them. Bill EXTREMELY HIGH,none of the credits that were promised! Their promotional codes not correct that came from corporate! Don’t have my son‘s charger.
Can’t even get a call back or any of these things fixed. And I have went out probably 10 times,risking my health. I am absolutely livid! During all of this, everyone I spoke w said they do this quite often to people at Sam’s club because they know once you signed up, you can’t do anything! The amount of stress and aggravation is sickening! Sad part is I’ve been with AT&T for 18 years. I could’ve gotten all of these phones and lines and Apple watches for less than this with a lot less aggravation. So I am in the process of doing that since this is how T-Mobile wants to treat...
