We love this place, was dissatisfied this time, it was busy, the only options were to have a high top or a booth, I have 4 children and myself and husband, a booth is not an option with the youngest being 7 months old. We asked for a high chair and was told that we can't have a highchair at the high top or a booster seat. I understand the booster seat but seriously we can't have a highchair? It sits on the ground secure. So our option at thia point is to hold pur 7 month old the entire dinner or load our family of 6 back into the car and find somewhere else to eat, which is absolutely inconvenient. I feel this rule needs to be addressed if you are forcing patrons to sit in the high tops or squeeze into a booth and then leave the 7 month old in the middle of the floor at still a lower levels than the rest of the family. The section with the tables that would have been convenient we were told we cpuld not sit there because it's fpr 4 people. I was given a look of disgust since i suggested we put two tables together Our waitress was great but the boy that was the seating hostess had some serious attitude and his customer service skills need to be refreshed
After getting our food I lowered my rating. It had slowed down significantly after being seated and before we had even gotten the chance to put pur order in. Our food was cold, my well done burger was under done, and by the time someone came over I was ready to leave. We had just spent almost 2 hours here.
It will definitely be a while before I come back which is disappointing because I was looking forward to coming here with my family...
Read moreWanted to update my review. I stopped in the Boardman location and asked about the new Catering Menu. Sara the barkeep took the time to go over the menu with me and answered my questions. I decided to try it out for our Family Christmas Eve this year. I picked the MINI BROS. Sandwich platter. When I came to pick up my 32 count mini’s. Doreen brought the items to me on time (3pm closing time on Christmas Eve) and even helped me load the goodies in my truck. Needless to say the Mini’s were the hit for our fam. I ordered the fries & slaw on the side because our party was starting 90 minutes after pick up. (Yes there is Free delivery's on orders over $50 I think) Doreen took the time to pack plates, napkins, & plastic silverware. I can tell you I will be using this menu again at our next event. Thank you PBros Boardman yinz guys ROCK!!
Thank you so much, Jimmy B
This is my favorite place since it opened. I come as much as I can. The staff actually cares about the customers. I can't seam to get enough of the #2 best seller. Great place to come for all the sporting events, or just to chill. Happy hour specials are more than fair. Best Fish sandwich in the Youngstown area! Plus it isn't just for lent. Bartenders & servers are always quick, and willing to change the tv if there is something you ask for. Oh it's not a bad idea to ask for the #1 best seller too. PBros is by far my favorite place in...
Read moreHorrible place to visit if your a minority or African American. The manager Lou approached me while I was sitting at the bar and said I made his hosts uncomfortable staring and I asked him did I say anything derogatory or say anything wrong and he had nothing to say and I let him know he made me uncomfortable coming to his establishment and he's a supervisor and I asked had I been white and the fact because I'm the big black man he wouldn't have even approached me. He got fooled once he had a conversation with me and I let him know what he was doing is harassment and I have a lawyer for situations like this and let him know the complaint will be sent out by Monday. It brought back stories of how Emmitt Tills eyes were gouged out for looking. Sorry to say I know for a fact that I won't be returning back to such a prejudice establishment and I will let other minorities/African Americans know how horrible they treat minorities for looking around. The manager clearly needs sensitivity training and his staff needs it to since he's that way and promoting...
