ALDI — Local services in Boardman

I've generally liked Aldis and their prices, but recently, it seems like the place is going downhill. I was in this location today, items in my arms as I had nt gotten a cart. As the one open line, with six people with full carts in it I determined I needed a cart. I put my stuff down and started to walk to the door. I eyed a cart near the register and grabbed it, with the full intent of telling the cashier it needed to go back and I had not paid a quarter for it. The busy cashier (a portly brunette) stopped what she was going and yelled across the store "Sir, that cart stays there!!" Of course,this caused the entire store to look in my direction to see what heinous crime I must be committing. I asked "Can I borrow it and put it back?". "Huff, yeah" she responded. I though for a second, and said heck with it, if this is how they treat customers, I'll take my money elsewhere. I am sure Aldi can survive without my couple hundred dollars worth of purchases a month, and more power too them. Be sure in the future they will have one less...

NASTY STORE!! I WENT UP TO 3 EMPLOYEES AND TOLD THEM THERE WAS NO SOAP AT ALL IN LADIES ROOM!! THEY ALL SAID OK AND LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS CRAZY. THEY WERE NOT THAT BUSY. ONE WAS JUST LEANING ON THE CHECK OUT LINE LOOKING AT ANOTHER WORKER. AND TWO OTHERS WERE JUST LOOKING AT FOOD IN THE LANES TALKING. THERE IS NO REASON THEY COULDNT GO AND IMMEDIATELY REFILL THE SOAP!!. THIS IS A STORE THAT HANDLES FOOD AND FOOD BORNE ILLNESS IS ON THE RISE IN THE USA! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES! Just moved to the area and I wanted to get familiar with all the surrounding food stores. I received the mailer and was immediately drawn to the sales. When I entered the store right away I was in the produce area. Needless to say great deals. Then I proceeded to walk the entire store. While I found great deals this is not a one stop shop. So you may still need to go visit a few other stores before you get home. I did purchase several items and I see my self shopping there in the future.
