If I could give it less than one star, I would. The store itself is clean, the staff friendly, for the most part. However, when your store policy is to treat everyone as if they are thieves just waiting for an opportunity to rip you off, it's a real turn off to the honest folks... Which the majority still are. They way they stand guard outside the fitting rooms is ridiculous... And they truly make you feel like you've done something wrong even if you're just shopping. Well, they won't have to worry about me ever coming back... Walmart is a friendlier atmosphere, if that tells...

Very, very disappointing. Wont return. Not worth the trip to this Ross location. Store is sparsely stocked. Inventory spread out due to lack there of. Store is not inviting in appearance or selection. Hermitage TJMAXX surpasses this Boardman Ross Dress for Less hands down. Don't intend to shop at Boardman Ross Dress for Less location again. Lack of clothing selections & sparse merchandise doesn't validate in investing...
