Extremely rude staffer. (The old man)
Ordered 2 lbs of Tzatziki sauce for a recipe I was following. I have made this dish 2 times before and each time I went to this location and ordered it. The man helped me each time and each time the sauce came up to $7.99. Today a young woman, who was obviously new, had a tough time finding out how to ring up the sauce. When she finally ring it up it cam up to $15.98; double the price of 2 lbs of sauce. I told her that I normally pay 7.99. The girl walks away confused, the man come over after a slight wait and tells me the price is 15.98 without even looking at the mistake she made. Well I attempted to tell him that I normally pay $7.99 he cut me off and told me that he's not going to argue with me. I told him the math doesn't add up if 2 oz of sauce is .49 right on their menu that would mean 4 oz is about 1 dollar. **(Ok readers if 16 oz is a pound and 4 x 4 is 16 how much would you expect to pay per pound @.49? Around 4 dollars right? So 2 pounds would be around 8 dollars correct? )He immediately said "I'm not arguing semantics with you.".. me being the clever person I am I decided to slow walk to my pound of sauce.(I technically only needed 1 pound but I double batch) This is AFTER a rude customer tells me "I've been coming here for years and that's the price.
"I'm not talking to you thank you"
Me: "I'll take 8 oz.
Him staring rudely and putting in the order. $1.96
I pay.
Ok I'll take 8 oz.
Him. Staring.. snatches my credit card
$1.96
So..... 1 lb = $3.92
Again so how much should I have been charged for 2 lbs?
This man has always been really short with customers but I chocked it up as just his demeanor but he's downright rude. I'll go out of my way to never give them business again as long as he's there. Apparently he's the owner so...
Read moreWent into the restaurant order my food the girl put the chicken on the grill she walked away on her phone and I told her my chicken is burning and she said it's not burnt I come home the chicken is burnt I go back today to tell the guy the owner his name is George he told me don't come back here ever again The chicken wasn't burnt I've been cooking chicken for 30 40 years he says very rude people in the restaurant were looking at him when he was talking to me they thought he was nuts when they cook the flat chicken they put a weight on it to smash it down to cook it faster now I see why he has help wanted signs outside his building because everybody told me that he is just an absolutely miserable person to work with that's how I was treated very disrespectful as you see the owner did not talk about him smashing the chicken withiron weights all that does is dry the chicken out. I have been cooking for over 25 years I have never saw anybody put heavy weights on chicken that's what he does at the store professionals don't do that so if you want smashed chicken and you want burnt chicken this is the place to go to thank...
Read moreA company I work for ordered a pretty large catering order last minute from Little Greek this past weekend and to say the food was incredible ( because it was) would still not do this place justice! We were in a bit of a pickle this weekend as some of our food deliveries had fallen through last minute and we called this place up (regrettably close to their closing time) and asked if there was anyway they could cater us the next day. Lucky for us, they agreed and really saved the day as my company works fifteen to sixteen hour days. This truly was a five-star experience and we cannot thank you all enough for the great food, great customer service (not just the owner but everyone I spoke to), and being so attentive and passionate about your quality of food and service! It was an unforgettable meal for a crew who does not normally receive meals this good on the road (or go back for thirds!). Thank you a million times over - we hope to be back...
