The Exchange Buy-Sell-Trade — Local services in Boardman

I took several boxes of comics in to trade last summer as I was moving. The books in the boxes were in order and I specifically asked that they not pull the books out of order but write down on a list what they wanted. They Ignored me - they cherry-picked the 4 boxes and pulled out about 75 of the most valuable books (lowest end one being in the $25 range) mixed up the contents of the boxes so nothing was in order or even in the same box - jammed books in damaging several, bending corners and books, couple of tears. They offered me $50 of store credit for the nearly $400 of books they pulled out and I wish I had sat right there in the store and resorted the boxes that day as I am just finding the damage now and some issues I know I had are now missing. Do not trust these guys with your books, if they can't make time to look right in front of you do not leave your items with them - they are inconsiderate and incompetent bottom feeders - the only thing they know about value is what they look up on google! I was very excited to find out about a place that ACTUALLY GIVES YOU A VERY FAIR PRICE FOR WHATEVER YOU ARE TRYING TO BRING IN FOR THEM TO BUY SELL OR TRADE!! Love the people and the atmosphere and how they spoke with you about what you was bringing in. Not like GAMESTOP or any of those other places that really nickel and dime you, and end up trying to give you next to nothing for what you paid a decent price after it was all said and done. Then stick it back out on there shelves for triple what they offered you, (I always feel like I’m talking to a used car salesman). There prices for systems and games and even the old schools system and games and movies and collectibles were all at a very fair price, and they give a very fair price !! I would not recommend coming here; they do not give you a pricing list for each item you bring in, and they do not show you a full copy at the end of the process. They just gave me a total for the amount I would get, but not a full breakdown of the games I brought in. They handed me a receipt to sign, and that was all. However, they kept the full breakdown copy of the pricing they did, and did not show me that document. Some of the games I had are on their site for 120 plus, and I got offered $108 for 30 plus games, with a store credit of 144 points. Also, for the waiting process, they do not do the pricing in front of you. They give you the option of browsing the store or sitting in the car. They take your phone number and let you know the time frame in which the pricing will be completed.
