Very nice store. Lots of good clothes for great prices. All the sales people had excellent customer service skills. The sales lady at the fitting rooms was so.polite, patient and so well organized. She was making sure that everyone get a fitting room in a very orderly fashion. The store was very crowded due to being last day of the sales. But sales associates were keeping everything under control. Cashiers were fast and prompt. No mistakes were made when discounts were taken. The plaza is also very new and nice. There are plenty of parking. Overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience. I was very impressed. Congrats to the Store Manager and the whole team at Eileen Fisher Company Store. I was at the Home Goods store at Linton recently. It was crowded. They had long lines, cashiers were slow. The one i dealt with did not take the discounts properly. Manager was a mess. They had zero customer service skills. Their registers were not properly programmed, they had misleading sale signs. What a difference between good and bad company...
Read moreThis was my first time visiting the Company Store, and although I did not purchase anything, I would return. Here are a few pointers. It is not EF’s full retail line store. They sell merchandise from one season to several seasons past along with EF’s Renew or gently used clothing. The salesperson told me that they receive some brand new merchandise 4-12 weeks after its first appearance online or in the NY retail stores. The prices were marked down from approximately 20-50% off. Some items were on Clearance or had a No Return ticket. There were plenty of Petite and Regular sizes, but a much smaller quantity of Plus sizes. There was a small selection of shoes and scarves. Some ladies were stocking in the back, and I could see that the area was large and well-organized. So, you might get lucky and find an off-season item at a more reasonable price. It only takes ONE customer experiences bad one!… , one UNANSWERED inquiry, one email, in this generation of online purchasing …. One would think that anyone (who is smart) in the service industry would know better; that it only takes one flippant comment, one lack of reply, when it’s not a glowing reflection!
